Keith Gralitzer is a co-founder and a Managing Partner of Momentum Search Group.
In nearly 20 years of recruiting, Keith has successfully placed attorneys at all levels into law firms throughout the United States with a primary focus on the New York and California markets. Keith has also assisted many attorneys into transitioning onto the company side, including successfully placing many general counsel level candidates. Keith is frequently called upon by AmLaw firms for his advice on the state of the lateral markets. He regularly travels between Momentum’s New York and California offices. Keith was formerly a litigator and then launched a legal recruiting division at one of New York’s largest full-service recruiting agencies.
Keith obtained his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
