Ruth Francis is a Senior Managing Director of Momentum Search Group.
Ruth specializes in the placement of associates at law firms and in-house clients in NYC and throughout the country. She also has extensive experience representing partners and practice groups and truly understands the challenges and priorities that arise in effectuating those transitions successfully. She has placed attorneys in all areas of law, including corporate, real estate, tax, litigation, and IP. Ruth began her career with a well-known New York firm where she specialized in transactional entertainment and employment litigation work.
Ruth earned a J.D. from Howard University School of Law and a B.A. in History from Howard University, where she graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Ruth now lives in New York City with her husband and two children. She previously worked for a record label and has a real appreciation for all types of music. Ruth enjoys traveling around the world.
