Alex Eaton is an Associate Director at Momentum Search Group.

Before joining Momentum, Alex was a corporate associate in Jones Day’s Corporate Practice Group, primarily focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions. She also engaged in Pro Bono work, assisting women with custody, child support, and divorce. Alex’s experience at a major global law firm has given her unique insight into the life of a Big Law Lawyer and an ability to empathize and understand the complexities candidates face. This allows her to find attractive job opportunities for lawyers at all stages of their careers. Alex specializes in associate recruitment for all practice areas, both at firms and in-house, and helps candidates move to markets nationwide. 

Alex graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Mass Communications. She received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, earning a Dean’s Scholarship and serving as the Symposium Editor for the Journal of International Law. Alex spends her time running the West Side Highway, taking Pure Barre classes, searching for the best slice of pepperoni pizza in New York, and volunteering with the New York Junior League.
