Blair Broser is a Managing Director of Momentum Search Group.

Prior to joining Momentum, Blair was a corporate associate in Morgan, Lewis & Bockius' Corporate Business Transactions group, specializing in Private Equity M&A. Blair's experience working as an associate in the corporate group at a major global law firm provides her with a beneficial perspective of law firm life. It positions her with the unique knowledge to be able to assess and guide attorneys during all stages of their careers. Blair specializes in associate recruitment for all practice areas, both at firms and in-house, and helps candidates move to markets all over the country, including DC, Boston, LA, San Diego, Chicago, and Philadelphia.

Blair graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Finance. She received her J.D. from the New York University School of Law, where she served as a Staff Editor on the Environmental Law Journal. Blair lives on the Upper East Side, where she enjoys spinning and going to see movies.
